HIVIUM SOLUTIONS - FZCO — Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out activities that are not permitted when using Hivium's managed B2B technology services. It applies to all clients and users of the services and supplements the Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited Activities
Clients and users must not use the services for, or in connection with, any of the following:
Spam, phishing, fraud, scams, deceptive or misleading offers, and unauthorized or illegal lead generation.
Unauthorized scraping, malware, credential theft, privacy violations, and any unauthorized access to systems or data.
Financial scams, crypto scams, investment or get-rich-quick schemes, gambling, adult content, weapons, controlled substances, and other high-risk or illegal activities.
Hate speech, harassment, or any content that is unlawful, abusive or harmful.
Unauthorized messaging, or any use of WhatsApp, email, SMS or other channels in violation of the applicable platform rules, anti-spam requirements or recipient consent obligations.
2. Client Responsibility
Messaging and communication workflows are configured only for legitimate business use, on the client's instructions, and for contacts in respect of which the client is responsible for holding the required consent and legal basis. The client remains responsible for the lawfulness of its data, lists, content and use of the services.
3. Enforcement
Hivium may suspend or terminate services if a client uses the services for prohibited, unlawful, abusive or high-risk activities, or in breach of this Policy, the Terms of Service or the policies of relevant third-party platforms.
