HIVIUM SOLUTIONS - FZCO — Service Delivery Policy

Hivium provides managed technology services for B2B clients. This Service Delivery Policy describes how those services are delivered, when work begins, and how related costs are handled. It should be read together with the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.

1. How Services Are Delivered

Services are delivered through discovery, configuration, onboarding, support and ongoing optimization.

Typical delivery may include CRM setup, pipeline configuration, forms, calendars, automation workflows, integrations, reporting dashboards, platform maintenance and technical support.

Delivery timelines depend on the selected plan, project scope, client cooperation, access to third-party tools and timely approvals.

2. Commencement of Work

Setup or implementation work begins after the client accepts a proposal, order form or statement of work and provides the required access and information.

3. Monthly and Project-Based Services

Monthly services are delivered continuously during the active billing period.

Project-based services are delivered according to the agreed scope, milestones and timeline.

4. Usage-Based Costs

Usage-based costs such as SMS, WhatsApp, email, AI credits, data enrichment, third-party applications or external software tools may be billed separately when applicable and disclosed to the client.

5. No Physical Goods and No Payment Processing

Hivium does not ship physical goods.

Hivium does not process, hold, transmit, settle or control payments on behalf of client end-customers.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
